A single hand raised against a wall of red stage light.

for investors

the operating system for live venues.

we got into the room by running the lights. that same hardware reads the crowd, the sound, and the spend on every shift: the data layer no venue has ever had, and no incumbent is positioned to build.

the wedge

lighting is the way in.

fifty years of atmospherics research (kotler, bitner, oxford's crossmodal lab, pan et al.) shows lighting, audio, and crowd state move dwell, pace, and willingness to pay. no platform has ever unified those signals with pos revenue and crowd safety on the same shift, in real time. that's the opening.

six kpis

  1. 01

    dwell time per cover

average minutes per guest, entry to exit. +1% dwell ≈ +1.3% sales.

  2. 02

    consumption pace

    drinks per patron-hour. slow tempo → +40% spend; 88 db → +31% drinks.

  3. 03

    av synchrony tightness

median ms between audio onset and light cue. <100ms is the neural integration threshold.

  4. 04

    floor energy

0–100 composite of crowd motion and ambient spl. dynamic av ramps drinking.

  5. 05

spend per cover + premium mix

$ per cover and % of orders in the premium tier. red light → higher willingness to pay.

  6. 06

    crush count density · safety

live people/m² per zone, four-state alert ladder. ≥5 p/m² is high crush risk.

traction

live events 30+ in the last two months
pilot venues 2 rivoli + the garrison, toronto
deployment 1–2 wks per venue, kit to live dashboard

today a venue's signals live in tools that don't talk to each other: pos sees revenue, retail analytics see dwell, and nobody captures all six together with sub-100ms av-sync. we already ship the hardware and the pipeline, so adding pos is a software integration and density is a model output on hardware that's already deployed. the science has been settled for decades; the field measurement is the part nobody has owned, and that's what we're building.
